Last summer, USCIS announced that on October 1, 2020, the fees for many applications and petitions would go up. However, on September 29, a federal court stayed the implementation of that fee hike. Sadly, we do not know how long the court order will remain in place but, for now, the fees remain the same as they were last summer.
